Hi-Wire Brewing’s journey began in the summer of 2013 at our 2,700 sq. ft. South Slope Brewery in the heart of Asheville’s South Slope Brewery District. Located just up the road from both our Biltmore Village Production Brewery & Taproom and our RAD Beer Garden, the original Hi-Wire brewhouse is now dedicated to brewing award-winning sour and wild ales, one-off small batch beers, and taproom exclusives.
