At Hi-Wire, we really want to embrace our craft and be as independent and authentic as possible, while also managing to maintain an approachability to our product, as we feature highly drinkable, hand-crafted brews.

We’re fortunate to be able to be a part of one of the Craft Capitals of the country. Located in Asheville's "Brewery District", Hi-Wire's brewery and tasting room are within walking distance of six other local breweries in a few block radius. Come visit us in June, 2013.

Hi-Wire Brewing

Located a half a mile from the Biltmore Estate just up the road from both our South Slope Specialty Brewery & the RAD Beer Garden, Hi-Wire Brewing’s 27,000 sq. ft. Biltmore Village Production Brewery & Taproom opened in the summer of 2015. This location brings the brewing process to life by giving craft beer drinkers the opportunity to enjoy a pint of Hi-Wire’s approachable and balanced lagers and ales beside the tanks where they were created.

Hi-Wire Brewing - Biltmore Village

Located just across the Tennessee River from downtown in hip South Knoxville, Hi-Wire Brewing’s 10,187 sq. ft. taproom takes up the entire second floor of an industrial-feeling mixed-use building.



Hi-Wire Brewing - Knoxville

Located at 642 Baxter Avenue, the 5500-square-foot taproom is our second taproom outside of NC, and it makes Hi-Wire the first out-of-state brewery to open up facilities in Kentucky. It’s also our first taproom to have the built-in community of a mixed-use development with retail on the first floor and apartments above. As always though, we’ve got a fun, community-centered, and approachable vibe just like Louisville, so get ready for a 360-degree interior mural, a bar with twenty-one taps of delicious Hi-Wire beer, and a ton of family-friendly activities like soccer pool, table tennis, foosball, and shuffleboard.

Hi-Wire Brewing - Louisville

Located in Wilmington’s up-and-coming “Soda Pop District,” the bright, fun, and game-heavy 7920 sq. ft. taproom originally served as a car dealership and most recently was home to Carolina Carburetor Specialists since 1983.

Hi-Wire Brewing - Wilmington

Located in the busy city of Norwood just outside of Cincinnati, this natural light-filled taproom occupies two floors in the Amenity Building of the revamped playing card factory turned sprawling mixed-use development called Factory 52. The campus features a food hall, boutique retail shops, residences, a dog park, the Aces Pickleball complex, and a grand public courtyard.

Hi-Wire Brewing - Cincinnati

Hi-Wire Brewing’s journey began in the summer of 2013 at our 2,700 sq. ft. South Slope Brewery in the heart of Asheville’s South Slope Brewery District. Located just up the road from both our Biltmore Village Production Brewery & Taproom and our RAD Beer Garden, the original Hi-Wire brewhouse is now dedicated to brewing award-winning sour and wild ales, one-off small batch beers, and taproom exclusives.

Hi-Wire Brewing - South Slope

Hi-Wire’s third Asheville, N.C. location is in the city’s River Arts District (RAD) just down the road from the Biltmore Village Production Brewery & Taproom as well as our original location turned Specialty Brewery & Taproom on Asheville’s South Slope. This 25,233 sq. ft. beer garden and taprooms is unlike any of our other locations with our large distribution center taking up the bulk of the facility while the taproom is combination of indoor seating and outdoor beer garden constructed from nine up-cycled shipping containers covered in murals.

Located in Birmingham’s busy Lakeview District just across the street from Automatic Seafood, this natural light-filled space is part of the new Lakeview Green mixed-use development.
