Our moto is 'Hearty ales for the logger in all of us'. We are a family owned and operated micro-brewery using local talent. ​Kevin McMurry, one of the owners, started home brewing over 20 years ago. He shared his knowledge and passion for making beer with his son, Ryan, and apprentices Frank Kudasik and Matt Mee. His wife, Cathey as well as his daughter and son in law, Julie and Shane Williams also help with the brewery. The majority of the brewing is done by Ryan, Frank and Matt. Kevin continues to create recipes and oversees the business. ​Willapa Brewing Co was started to help our community and create jobs in North Pacific County. Our hope is the brewery will attract more business to the area. Willapa Brewing Co. is located in rural Raymond, Washington. Our taproom/pizzeria opened on May 2, 2019 at 405 Minnesota Ave in South Bend, Washington. We are located on SR 101 next to the Steam Donkey. ​
