The Grifter Brewing Company began in early 2012 when three home brewers were given the opportunity to take their recipes from the backyard, to a brand new shiny stainless steel brewery in Sydney’s Inner-west. Since then the three have been honing their skills and unleashing their hand crafted ales across Sydney & Australia. Quality over quantity is always the motto as they focus on producing unique beers that remain highly drinkable. No corners are cut with the use of high quality ingredients and traditional brewing methods.
