We are an independently owned Wisconsin family beer company.  We have been brewing beer for well over a decade now, and are very excited to finally be able to legally bring you our favorite.  Wisco-Disco is a deep amber colored beer, with rich malt and hop flavors.  We brew this beer with a small amount of milk sugar (or lactose).  This gives Wisco-Disco its smooth body, and makes it a perfect match to pair with your favorite cheeses. Wisco-Disco is brewed with five different malts, and four giant hop additions for huge flavor, then cold filtered for perfect clarity and refreshment!

Stillmank Brewing Company

Founded in 2011 by award winning brewer &Certified Cicerone, Brad Stillmank.  With the goal to push the limits of great tasting beer, & unique local ingredients.  We work extremely hard to be sure that we look to our friends &neighbors first for everything to make high quality beer. This means raw materials like grain, hops, honey, etc., brewing equipment, packaging materials, marketing& design, on and on, all come from Wisconsin when possible.  Our products quality comes first. From time to time we buy from outside the state if that is where the absolute best has to come from, but “Wisconsin first” is not a huge hurdle, as we are proud to live in a state that has so much good to offer!It is our philosophy that if we are doing well, our friends and neighbors should be as well.
