After renovating a work shop on family land near Lovelady, Texas, Stestí Brewery sits far removed from the converted warehouses of many crowded, urban breweries. Our brewery consist of a 30bbl brewhouse and a 40bbl hot liquor tank. We now have nine 30 bbl fermenters and one 10bbl fermenter, all jacketed and constructed in the USA by Quality Tank Solutions. We also have our 8bbl cask which we use for fermenting our seasonal sours. We sleeve our own cans and have our own can-filler, keeping the whole process in-house from start to finished product. Local means a lot to us. Our water source is from our own well and our solar panels generate most of our electricity. We also have cattle that love our spent malt!
