Saudade Cerveja Artesanal is a small brewery that was born in Loures in 2013 and is dedicated to producing 100% natural Handmade Beer. Saudade beers are made only with natural ingredients, malts, water, hops, spices, herbs, fruits and yeasts. Being a beer that is not filtered or pasteurized, it is of course a beer that is more turbid and has a shorter shelf life, but is also richer in vitamins and minerals, with an intense aroma and flavor, with unique nuances. The Saudades do not contain dyes, preservatives or stabilizers and the gas present in the beers is exclusively produced by the CO₂ liberated by the fermentation that occurs in the bottle stage. Our beers are achieved by the respect of the most traditional brewing practices, and our production in smaller batches and the careful selection of malts, hops and yeasts allow us to create beers of a unique quality.
