Saucy Brew Works

Our journey began in 2017 in Cleveland’s Hingetown neighborhood as we opened our first brewery and brewpub with a menu geared for beer and an atmosphere dedicated to legendary good times. 

Our quest for high-quality beer led us to a high-tech brewery complete with a “BrauKon” brewing system that is efficient, exact, and eliminates waste. It’s here that we’ve brewed over 200 different beers and produced the very first of a new style known as Lachancea Tart. 

The brewpub is a premier craft beer destination offering a full-service restaurant experience complete with a  comfortable all-weather patio. Our 16+ taps serve a wide range of craft beers, including classic German styles, Hazy IPAs, Barrel-aged stouts, and our unique Lachancea Tart Drifter Series.

Our Pinecrest location hosts our very first Saucy Coffeehouse nestled within the fresh Cali-inspired pub. Here we offer a full selection of craft coffee offerings including our single-origin house roast, pour overs, espresso, and a specialty menu inspired by Saucy beers such as What’s His Nuts, a Vanilla Stout with Peanut Butter and Coffee, and Modern Crimes, a Toasted Coconut Porter. Guests can pick up our packaged coffee too and start their day Saucy at home! 

Bring your crew to our brewery and enjoy 20 fresh beers on tap daily, and the full Saucy Brew Works food menu which includes our award-winning New Haven-style Apizza. 



Pinecrest

Join us in Harrison West! We recently won Columbus Underground Top Ten Brewery and Columbus Underground Top Ten Coffee Shop. Enjoy the full menu currently served at our flagship location in Cleveland, and a weekend brunch menu created specifically for our friends in the neighborhood. Orders can be placed at the bar or via a QR code located at each table.

This location offers Saucy Coffee, a craft coffeehouse concept that originally launched in Pinecrest. Saucy Coffee offerings include a single-origin house roast, pour overs, espresso, and a specialty menu inspired by Saucy beers.

Introducing Saucy Brew Works Sandusky! Enjoy your favorite Saucy brews, coffee, and a new elevated menu in downtown Sandusky, Ohio. 

16 fresh beers on tap daily at our brew house, an elevated food menu that includes our award-winning New Haven-style Apizza, along with fine wines and signature cocktails. 

The Saucy coffeehouse has a full selection of craft coffee offerings including our single-origin house roast, pour overs, espresso, and our newly launched line of 12 oz whole-bean coffee bags.
