At Rocky Coulee Brewing, we make beers a little differently. While we love hops and the bitter flavors they produce, we have gone against the grain by focusing on the grain. Coming from Odessa and the heart of wheat country, we craft beers that tend to taste more malty than bitter. They have a strong flavor like a craft beer should, but not so hoppy that they scare someone who isn’t used to bitter beers away. However, while we focus on the malts/grains, many hop-heads have enjoyed and appreciate our brews as well.
