The Redemption Brewing Company is a small brewery based in North London. Brewing since January 2010, we are passionate brewers of cask ale, committed to using the finest raw materials to craft beers with flavour, character and integrity. We brew using traditional methods where time and patience are respected, where automation is subservient to the skill of the craft brewer. Our beers reflect our contemporary outlook, with subtle twists interwoven through beautifully balanced flavours. The brewery strives to be environmentally sustainable. All our power comes from renewable resources. It costs a little more but makes us feel good. We source the majority of our malt and hops from the UK and then once we are finished with them the spent grains and hops are delivered to a local allotment to be used as compost.
