Two brothers put their noggins together and decided to craft a great beer. A beer that represented quality, living local, and having a good time. Home brewing quickly became our passion and we continued to perfect our craft, knowledge and process without taking shortcuts. Inspired by the smell of hops, the taste of roasted grains and the smell of fermentation, we are still at it years later and the passion burns brighter than ever. Supported by our family and community of friends, R’Noggin Brewing Company was born. Mission We believe in high quality beer and will be honored to produce it in Southeast Wisconsin, our backyard, where beer is a time honored tradition and not a fad. The Brewmasters Your brewmasters are Jeff and Kevin and, like any good Wisconsonite, know their beer. Over the past five years they have created and tested recipes, brewed in garages and basements, and shared with friends and family. Now they want to bring their creations to you.
