Propolis Brewing was established in June of 2012, with the sole intent to produce high-quality Seasonal Herbal Farmhouse Ales. Inspired by old world tradition, handcrafted with new world ingenuity. Organic, Local & Wildcrafted.

Our Production Facility and Taproom are located in the historic Port Townsend, Washington between downtown and the port.  We offer a wide section of draft ales and bottles, as well as a rotating local cider.  Small nibbles are available, such as local cheese, smoked salmon, smoked nuts & cheese.

Our Taproom is open for draft pours, bottle pours and to-go purchases.  Our outdoor ale garden offers more seating for large groups and those that bring well behaved dogs.  We are an all ages venue with an adult focused environment.  

We are happy to accommodate large groups in our outdoor ale garden, and occasionally book private events inside.  Please contact us if you are interested in booking a private event.
