Proof opened its Tennessee Street location in 2007- it currently houses our Retail Store, Modern American Pub, Pilot Brewery, Brew Lab and Tasting Rooms. Our Pilot Brewery is cranking out experimental & unique styles weekly that are only available on site and our tap list is ever changing. Proof Brewing Co. is where you can enjoy two tasting rooms featuring 50 taps of the best Craft Brews available, over 200 Top Rated beers in the bottle and growlers of all 50 taps are available to go.
