Since 1878 the family-owned brewery has been producing regional beer specialities. Nine beer brands combine traditional brewing craft with modern trends. Exclusively 0.5 litre bottles with swing top caps are used for the bottling of all beers from "Privatbrauerei Moritz Fiege". Regardless whether a beer is mild or dry, smooth or aromatic: The indicator of a good beer is its character. Its typical flavour makes it distinctive and tells it from other beers. In the manufacturing process "Privatbrauerei MORITZ FIEGE" cultivates the character of its beers. The brands "MORITZ FIEGE Pils" and "MORITZ FIEGE Frei" are known for their announced hop aroma.
