Welcome to North Country. Portage Brewing Company is comprised of lake dwellers, bikers, fishermen, hikers, and home brewers who share a strong connection to the outdoors and craft beer. Being situated within Chippewa National Forest, off the banks of Leech Lake, we're designing products around the hearty conditions of Northern Minnesota. Whether that's a beer recipe or gear to pack it in, our products are tested and ready for the fishing holes, woodland hikes, and campfires that lie ahead.
