SINCE THE FOUNDATION OF THE BREWERY WE BREWED SO MUCH BEER, THAT WE COULD WATER IT OSTRAVA BASIN. OURS BEER HAS A TASTE THAT WAS CREATED FOR THIS REGION. The first mention of us is in 1897 and a year later we brewed the first batch of beer. Today, the brewery is steadily brewing Ostrava 12, Mustang or Ostravar Original. We are proud of specials, such as Black Barbara, the best dark special of the year 2018 or Specials from the fermentation - a limited series of interesting beers. "Ostravar is still brewing with traditional bottom fermentation technology in the open vats of the fermenter." The beer matures in the cold and dark lager cellars for many weeks.
