We make our beer on a vintage JV Northwest 10 barrel brewhouse with a direct-fired kettle. Fermentation takes place in two ten-barrel and two twenty-barrel stainless steel glycol-jacketed cylindro-conical fermenting vessels. Conditioning takes place in four ten-barrel and three twenty-barrel brite tanks. Beer is served directly from those brite tanks as well as kegs. Enjoy a pint or two in our spacious taproom/restaurant or have us fill a growler or crowler for you to take with you! We are a locally owned, independent craft brewery!
