Our company policy mandates that we have the radio on anytime we are working in the brewery. Company policy further states that attending our kids' games are more important than any board meeting. Not to mention our fishing poles are always in the trunk of our cars. We are not your traditional business, we're alot more fun than that. Top of the line premium grains, great hops and new school craftsmanship is how we create our beers. We don't conform to traditional recipes, we take it to the next level in all things we do. We keep it fun. We focus on family, friends and making the best beer we can. We started brewing together 5 years ago as a hobby. Thanks to the encouragement of family and friends who loved our beer Northshire Brewery was born. Here at Northshire Brewery we're just trying to make a living doing what we love, brewing beer.
