Mahogany Ridge Brewery & Grill is locally owned and operated by Charlie and Nancy Noble. Originally the site of the Steamboat Brewery & Tavern, Mahogany Ridge opened it's doors March, 2003. Charlie was the former Brew-master at Steamboat Brewery before becoming owner of Mahogany. His love of handcrafted brewing keeps him actively creating new brews all the time. Charlie and wife Nancy are quintessential 'Boaters, raising their two children in town, while running a local business. They know what family-dining experience should be. With a constantly evolving menu, Chef Chris Vargoshe, along with General Manager Pete Griebel, want our guests to leave satisfied, inspired and ready to come back for more.
