Los Angeles Ale Works is a brewer-owned and operated neighborhood brewery in the aerospace tech hub, Hawthorne, CA. From a scrappy group of homebrewers, we built a collaborative culture of professional brewing that delivers balanced, independent beer to you. Our diverse selection features beers that drink easily and offer something for every palate. Brewing a spectrum of styles from the traditional beers of Germany, England, and Belgium, to modern American IPAs, we embolden our recipes by adding foraged fruits, locally roasted coffee beans, and exotic teas – a little California flare. Visit our Hawthorne taproom just east of LAX and the beach cities and you can expect pints and flights from our engaging and knowledgeable staff. Pull from a selection of tabletop games or challenge your opponent to a patio game — giant jenga anyone? Reserve the Louis Pasteur Loungetorium, complete with custom LA Ale Works arcade, shuffleboard, and presentation space for your next party or business meeting. Look out for impromptu brewery tours and you may even spot a brewer dancing like nobody’s watching.
