Harmony and Levi met during passover in 1999 on the beach in Israel. Nine years later they were brewing their first beer together. Their passions and thirst for adventure has taken them on many stops around the world -- New Jersey, Atlanta, Israel and Italy -- but their dream of opening a brewery together brought them to Long Beach, Levi’s hometown, in 2017. Harmony and Levi are incredibly proud of the two young teenagers they are raising and believe the Long Beach Beer Lab proves that they too can be the masters of their own destiny.
