One day, Royce, Michael, and Tim made a pact to create the hyper-local™ movement, brew with the highest quality standards and ingredients and bring together a community. With that, Logyard Brewing was founded. Why the name Logyard? Royce's family roots are deep in the Allegheny's forestry. Our brewery is located on one of their old Logyards. Why Kane, PA? Kane is nestled in the Allegheny National Forest and the town is undergoing a locally led renaissance. Additionally, it's the Black Cherry (hardwood) capital of the world. Kane's advantage is we're able to introduce unique flavor profiles that incorporate Black Cherry and Black Birch hardwoods. Don't worry, we have all the usual styles and flavors too.
