Humboldt Regeneration Brewery & Farm is the only brewery in the county to produce locally grown beer. Humboldt Regeneration is a Sustainable Farmhouse Brewery which means we are growing our own grains and hops. The barley and wheat are floor-malted on site and we offer a Community Supported Brewery program (CSB). The CSB program is a growler exchange that is similar to a weekly food box from a CSA farm. Our artisan crafted non-traditional Belgian style brews are created by our owner/brewmaster Jacob Pressey. Blasphemy Brew is a line of non-traditional Belgian-style ales. Big robust American styles are blended with the aromatic esters of Belgian yeast. Several locally-grown brews are available each week, rotating through over 60 different house recipes with occasional specialty, sour and barrel-aged releases. The brewhouse is located at the North end of McKinleyville and offers pressurized growler fills of a variety of beer styles that rotate often. You can also join the weekly growler program by purchasing CSB Shares, which helps support your local beer farmer while saving a little money and allows you to enjoy a new flavor of locally-grown hand-crafted artisan ales each week!
