Founded on April 15, 2015, the Hustopeče Castle Brewery is historically the first brewery in Hustopeče. Due to the lack of water, beer in Hustopeče was previously only bottled or stored. The brewery bears its name from the street of the same name. From historical sources we know that on Homolím Hill at the end of the street, William of Hustopeče had its castle in the 13th century. The brewery offers a pleasant sitting inside the pub and in the summer there is a large garden, which is an ideal stop for cyclists riding the cycling route 5066 Velkopavlovická. The brewhouse, the heart of the brewery, is situated right in the pub. The customer therefore has the opportunity to be a direct witness to the brewing of beer. After agreement is the possibility of excursion cellar with tasting. Accommodation is available in the adjacent guesthouse.
