Up stairs in the Parlour we offer two overnight rooms with outstanding views of Prosser’s historic downtown. Our Parlour dinning room is also available for private dinners & events. Horse Heaven Hills beers are well balanced and finish smooth. During the brewing process, we utilize meticulous attention to detail while creating a balance between local, regional and a worldwide selection of malts, hops, and yeast. Owner and Head Brewer Gary Vegar brews multiple styles and brewery originals.
