Housed in a former "house of ill repute" built in the 1880s, Hillsdale Brewing Company is targeted to open in the late fall this year (2017). We will feature 8 brews on tap made in small batches and a full service restaurant which will offer delicious pizzas, deli style sandwiches, paninis, soups, salads and more.
