The founder of Fire Ant Brewing Company, Bruce Kissinger, had a vision of creating an establishment where friends and family could come relax, laugh and enjoy a cold brew along with great beer inspired cuisine. His journey began brewing five-gallon batches over an open flame for several years. He then moved on to a sophisticated ten-gallon Braumeister System and is currently brewing on a 5 BBL Braumeister. Through trial and error, he developed a consistent Signature Series line of German Style beers and turned what was a hobby into a serious passion for the craft. After traveling the country researching prominent pubs and breweries, we proudly present to you Fire Ant Brewpub!!
