We are the super human hop farm team who happen to be husband and wife, "Tom & Mel". We decided to leave the crazy train, rat race of the big city and actually did it. We knew we wanted to open a small business of our own so we wouldn't have to deal with the normal B.S. that goes along with un satisfying corporate life. As it so happens, we became our county's 1st licensed Microbrewery! It's a ton of work owning and running a family farm, but it's a labor of love & we sure do love it! We are living the dream out here in Elgin -Southern Arizona!
