Founded in 2016, Calusa Brewing is a family-owned-and-operated craft brewery in Sarasota, FL. Production specializes in fresh, hop-forward beers, iconic traditional styles and a barrel-aged program for mixed-fermentation and imperial beers. The Brewery takes its name from the historic Native Americans who inhabited Florida’s West Coast. The Calusa were a fierce, resourceful and intelligent people with tremendous respect for Florida’s natural resources.
