Brasserie Pietra opened its doors in 1996 on the French island of Corsica, located in the heart of the Mediterranean sea. It is an independent, family-run brewery, located in the village of Furiani. Founded by husband and wife, Dominique and Armelle Sialelli, Brasserie Pietra is named after Dominique's hometown, Pietraserena, in Upper Corsica. It's mission is to respect traditional brewing methods, using the island's raw materials and producing beers inspired by the spirit of Corsica.
