The production of craft beer begins in March 2007 in Roncole Verdi di Busseto (PR). The historic site was changed to Sour Brewery in 2015, when we moved the brewery to the new Soragna (PR) site, where the main beer lines are currently made, through a fully automated system, including advanced PLC controls and centrifugal separator. The brewery currently has a cooking room with 5 60 hl vats and a total cellar capacity of 1200 hl. Our mission is to create elegant and balanced beers , born from visions and ideas unique in the world.
