Loved by locals & visitors alike, Big Island Brewhaus is a family-friendly, community gathering place serving local handcrafted food and beer. Farm-to-table cuisine,
including fresh line-caught fish, local beef, vegetarian, vegan and glutenfree items complement their impressive lineup of craft beers – all brewed on-site. Award-winning Big Island Brewhaus is one of only two breweries in
the U.S. whose medal count in 2014 U.S. Open Beer Championships placed them on the Top Ten US Brewery list for the past two consecutive years! The Brewhaus has seating indoors and out in their bamboo beer-garden. Beers are available to-go in jars, growlers and in 22oz bottles, which can be found in fine establishments statewide!

We create and serve locally sourced, fresh, handcrafted food that is as creative and delicious as the beers we brew. We work closely with local farmers, fishermen, cheese, ice-cream makers and beekeepers (to name a few) whose quality products make our food as fresh and natural as possible. Keeping it small on the Big Island is one way to help sustain our beautiful island & world! We are honored to be certified by the Surfrider Foundation as a Platinum Level Ocean Friendly Restaurant and to have been the 2nd Blue Zone Approved restaurant on the island!
