Badass Backyard Brewing started as a half-barrel homebrew operation in the backyard. It quickly outgrew the driveway as a parking lot, and opened an off-site taproom at 1415 N Argonne Rd. Brewers Charlene Honcik and Forrest Garretson now brew over a half dozen flagship beers plus many more rotating small batch specialties. All of which guests can sample in the brewery's taproom. Of the facilities 22 taps, most feature Badass originals such as Big Air Black Stout and Daring Diva Raspberry Wheat, while also serving gluten free options such as cider and a small selection of wine. With a focus on quality over quantity Badass Backyard strives to produce the best beer on the market. Badass Backyard Brewing is home to the state's only 100% woman founded, owned, and brewed brewery located in Spokane Valley.
