OUR HISTORY Located at 1067 Notorious Blair St. in the heart of Silverton, Colorado’s red light district. In the last ten years, the restaurant has undergone major renovations to bring you food made from scratch and craft beer! With the addition of our 7bbl brewery, we serve six of our very own elevated ales we hand craft just for you with some of the best tasting water on the planet! Over the last decade in business we have made many menu changes to fit all dietary needs & allow us to cook more delicious food for our beloved customers. We are so excited to move into a new location with a much bigger kitchen at least three times the size of our current kitchen. We hope to serve up more fun specials and we hope to see you there!Avalanche Brewing Company OUR BREWERY The Avalanche Brewing Company has been brewing beer amongst the mighty San Juan Mountains in Silverton, Colorado since late 2011. Our beers are the obsession of owners and brewmaster Austin & Casie Lashley. Like making the ascent to any one of the peaks that surround Silverton, there’s a lot of hard work behind pouring beer into your glass.
