About
As with most small breweries, Amadeus Brewing Company was founded on a home brewer's passion for crafting great beer. Many of our favorite recipes were conceived on a standard 5 gallon system in a tiny California garage before coming to the commercial scene and being truly perfected on our custom built 2.5 barrel brew house. We are still in the construction stages and waiting for our licensing and permits to be approved, so check back soon to see how you can wrap your curious minds around our latest mind bottling brews.
