About Us: Sweet Union Brewing is the brainchild of Travis Caudle, a Union County native. He teamed up with Tim O’Neill, a business guru from Portland, Oregon, and the two slowly crafted their vision into reality. Originally meeting at Travis’ homebrew supply store, the two developed an appreciation for their different brewing approaches, and demand for quality and improvement. Travis’ father, Tom Caudle, became excited about the prospect and became the company’s CEO and guiding sage. About our Beer: We take brewing seriously. No Joke. We just happen to find it incredibly fun, and the challenges match the rewards. Brewing is a very involved science and requires careful planning and attention to fine details and metrics. Despite this challenge, we will be constantly updating our tap-list. It will be one of the most heavily rotated craft beer tap-rows in the state. New hops and ingredients are waiting for the perfect recipe, and we intend to find a place for them in your glass.
