Jr...We have the watch! Rest easy. On August 21, 2017, we lost Tim Eckels Jr., in the USS John S. McCain accident. It's a day we will always remember and reflect on a life that meant a tremendous amount to a lot of people, whether Tim Jr., was a loved one, friend, shipmate or classmate. We are truly honored each and every time we hear stories of how much he meant to so many people and want Pipe The Side Brewing Company to honor Tim Jr.’s memory and the many qualities he possessed forward in our business’ culture. Rest easy, bud. We have the watch. Us Tim and Carol...we're just two regular people who have spent a lot of time researching brewpubs and taprooms, think we make beers that are tasty, and wanted to do something else before we got too old. We take charitable fundraising and giving back to the community seriously...something we want to carry forward through our business to show that craft beer can be a vehicle for community support, engagement and awareness for a wide variety of causes and organizations. Community Involvement We believe wholeheartedly that Pipe The Side Brewing Company is a valued community member founded upon a culture that raises awareness about and strives to support local organizations and their causes. Small-batch brewing crafted on a 1 bbl brewing system, giving us plenty of flexibility to create a craft beer roster composed of classic styles, seasonal and specialty/limited production beers that focus on recipe craftsmanship using ingredients of the highest quality. We view our beers as friends, old and new, that you meet in our taproom
