At Union Brewing Company, our artisan ales are hand crafted two barrels at a time using time honored traditions, natural ingredients and traditional methods. Our beers are never filtered or force carbonated. They condition and carbonate naturally in casks and are hand drawn by authentic beer engines at the perfect drinking temperature to maximize all the flavors. (No, they are not warm!) We really like beer, and we love cask conditioned real ales. We think you will too!
