South Austin Brewery was established in 2014 in the heart of South Austin. We like to keep things simple which is reflected in out 2 flagship offerings Kol-Beer and (TPA) Texas Pale Ale. Kol’ Beer is our award winning Kolsch style and has quickly become a local favorite and the go to beer for many a Texan. A subtle malt character, balanced with the right amount of hops. Clean, crisp and refreshing. TPA is the state’s first Texas-style pale ale. It is a malt forward pale ale but still packs a good hop punch. We will also be serving our newest selection AustinBock this year as well as some of our classic styles like Six-String Saison and Crossroads Coffee Stout. Six String is our non traditional take on the Franco- Belgian style farmhouse ale. Complex flavors; Spicy, citric and funky. The Cross Roads is a coffee stout with a unique blend of roasted barley, chocolate malt and oats. Infused with fresh roasted Brazilian micro lot coffee. Big, malty, roasted flavor! AustinBock is an earthy and bold traditional german bock. The lineup just wouldn't be complete without Evel Ale! Be careful, it might just jump into being your favorite beer! “There’s a little Evel in all of us”
