Slanted Rock Brewing Company, LLC was founded in Meridian, Idaho on June 2011 by Bob Lonseth, Alesa Lonseth and Vincent Melchor. These partners and additional investment from John E. MacCrisken financed the start-up of this venture. ​Slanted Rock started operations in Fall 2012 with a 15 BBL Brewhouse, 2-15BBL Fermenters, 1- 30BBL Fermenter, 1-15BBL Brite Tank and 1-30BBL Brite Tank. Capacity and capability has expanded by adding additional 60 BBLs of fermentation capacity and our very own canning line. Our distributing partner is CSB (Craig Stein Beverage). Retail Customers can buy kegs and pick-up direct from the brewery. Individuals can also purchase kegs in the following sizes: ½ BBL, 1/6 BBL. Slanted Rock is committed to brewing a wide variety of craft beers using only the finest ingredients available. We are a small company built on dreams and hard work.
