O'Connor Brewing Company brews all of our handcrafted ales on a 4 vessel 30 barrel Brewhouse. Each beer is brewed into three 30 barrel, four 60 barrel, and four 90 barrel Fermenters where the yeast takes over and creates one of our delicious libations. From there, we filter to remove all loose sediment into one of our three 30, 60 or 90 barrel Brite Beer Tanks. This is where our beers are conditioned, carbonated, and ready to package. We currently only offer our products in draft and bottles. We have an onsite Tasting Facility that allows you to enjoy our brands and take beer home in Growlers!
