Using an 8 barrel brewing system makes us one of the smallest production breweries in Minnesota. We focus on providing constant innovation and imagination to the craft beer enthusiast. Having a small, flexible system allows LTD Brewing to challenge the taste-buds of people who dream for a great beer. We are not bound by a style of beer, ingredients or a predetermined idea of what a beer drinker would expect.
