Galaxy Brewing Co. was founded in 2011 by a local father and son brewing team who are dedicated to producing the finest craft ales. Galaxy Brewing Co. and brewpub represent the culmination of their life long aspiration to deliver quality beer to Binghamton and beyond. We are dedicated to producing the finest craft beer and excellent food using as much locally sourced products as possible. Look for our grand opening in spring of 2012! Galaxy will be located in the old Phil’s Gift Shop location on the Metrocenter Mall. Our address is 41 Court St/153 & 157 Washington St. Binghamton, NY 13901. We are very proud to be part of the efforts to revitalize Downtown Binghamton and to be able to be in the building that housed such a Binghamton landmark as Phil’s Gifts.
