Not very many people know about the pre-prohibition brewing traditions of Northwest Ohio. Many communities had their very own brewery selling quality beers to thirsty local customers. Flatrock Brewing Cmopany would like to continue this tradition by offering local high quality micro brewed beers. Flatrock Brewing Company produces beers using fresh grain and locally sourced ingredients including honey and seasonal fruits. With the brewery expansions we also plan on hiring local brewery employees and sales people.
