All Brouwerij ’t IJ’s beer is brewed at Funenkade 7 in Amsterdam - all 300,000 litres of it. The Natte, Zatte, Columbus and Struis are 100% organic. A lot of beer never makes it out of the brewery, because it is sold in their pub. What does leave the brewery finds its way to health food shops all over the Netherlands, off licence chains such as Gall&Gall and Mitra, or cafés, mainly in Amsterdam. All the brewery’s beers are top fermented and brewed with traditional craftsmanship.
