NDEPENDENT ARTISAN BREWING Between our 7 barrel downtown brewpub, a 20 barrel production brewery in south Corvallis, a wild cellar with the Northwest’s first coolship, and a temperature controlled barrel room housing over 100 oak barrels—we are able to brew diverse styles of beer that reflect our brewers’ unique approach to brewing, which artfully blends traditional and experimental techniques. Styles that we regularly brew include farmhouse and Trappist-inspired Belgians, spontaneously fermented wild ales, barrel-matured strong ales, hop-forward ales, seasonal lagers, and whatever else sparks our brewers’ imaginations!
